Brentwood police responded at about 6:16 a.m. on September 5 to a collision involving a vehicle and an agricultural tractor near Sand Creek Road and Shady Willow Lane.

Police and medical personnel found the 56-year-old woman, the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
