The crash was reported around 5:20 p.m. Sunday on Fairplay Road north of Stoney Creek Road. Public reporting citing CHP Placerville says officers found an overturned 1959 MG coupe.

A female passenger died at the scene. The driver, identified as David Dellaquila, 61, of Fiddletown, was treated for minor injuries.
