This is an update for the legal cases related to the Chevron Richmond Refinery Fire of August 6, 2012.

 

The Administrator/Special Master is in the process of reviewing all cases for qualified Plaintiffs who submitted a release form to the Administrator’s website in late 2019.

 

Our office has been informed that the Administrator has extended the time to review individual claims and should be done valuing claims by Summer of 2020.

 

If you are a qualified Plaintiff who submitted a release to the Administrator’s website in late 2019, you can expect to receive payment for your claim by mail in early Summer 2020.
