Danny’s long association with Scranton Law Firm began in 1990, when he began working as an investigator for the Firm. Danny obtained his Private Investigator’s license and worked closely with some of the best lawyers in California, investigating the claims of people whose lives had been touched by catastrophic injuries. Through his active involvement in the work up of several major cases in the area of personal injury, including roadway construction and employment discrimination cases, Danny developed a singular passion for the practice of law, and he decided to devote the entirety of his education and professional career to helping people.
Danny worked his way through school here at our Firm, and during those years, it was not uncommon to see Danny sitting in a conference room at the Firm studying in the evening after spending the mornings at University, and the afternoons assisting firm clients. Thirty years later, Danny brings that same level of passion and commitment to helping Firm clients.
A “never was” musician with a love for composition and literature, Danny appears to enjoy spending most of his free time trout fishing, hiking, hunting, and sleeping outdoors in the middle of nowhere, often accompanied by the sounds of Ellington, Zeppelin, Yo Yo Ma, or Drum Corps blaring through his ear pods.
Danny maintains membership in multiple bar related professional organizations, frequently lectures on multiple aspects of trial practice, has served as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Solano County Superior Court, and as a Special Master.
