Incident<\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On August 4, 2024, 81-year-old Jackie Rhodes was struck by a vehicle while walking in the bike lane along Highway 29, near the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in St. Helena, California. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The St. Helena Police Department (SHPD) reported the incident at approximately 10:19 a.m. Jackie was
