Thuy Le grew up in the North Bay but attended college at the University of California, Irvine and continued to law school in SoCal at Western State University College of Law in Orange County, California. Her first experience with practicing law was interning for an insurance defense law firm that helped her gain knowledge of the personal injury field of law. Following law school, she moved back home to the North Bay where she continued her work for insurance defense firms that focused on personal injury, construction defect and some surety bond law. She also gained some experience setting up corporations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and filing unlawful detainer actions for her friends and family.

After working in the insurance defense world, both small and medium size firms, for about 5 years, Ms. Le felt a strong passion to explore the plaintiff’s side of litigation. Working at a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm helped Ms. Le to acquire more knowledge of the law, litigation, and understanding the needs of her clients. She loves the family-feeling of working in smaller firms as opposed to the larger ones. Ms. Le specializes in representing clients in motor vehicle accidents and premises liability matters. She has taken 4 cases to a jury verdict in 4 different counties in California that include Alameda, San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo.

Ms. Le is a strong advocate of creating and building good relationships with her clients so that they feel her passion when working with her. She is involved in her Vietnamese community and provides pro bono work in her spare time, including volunteering for the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California’s free legal clinic, which she is a member of, as well as helping the members of her Vietnamese Catholic church in Santa Rosa, California.

Ms. Le is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
