Aubrey Patt

Aubrey Patts received her Associates Degree in Administration of Justice at Diablo Valley College, and moved on to receive her paralegal certification at John F. Kennedy University.

She spent her formative years following her globetrotting parents around – traveling to places as close as the shores of San Francisco, to as far as the mountains of Switzerland and the crowded streets of Hong Kong. Her father introduced her to the legal field at a young age, bringing her to work with him, and even training her to assist in the work.

She believes that preparation is the key to an effective and efficient operation, and that’s what she hopes she brings to this firm.

She enjoys listening to music, reading books, being outdoors, and becoming too emotionally invested in T.V shows.

Daniel grew up in the Bay Area, but left California to earn his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado. He returned to California to attend McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where he worked in private criminal defense and as a public defender, learning firsthand how slanted the legal system can be. Daniel most recently worked at a large civil defense firm, where he witnessed the vast resources possessed by insurance companies and how difficult it is for an injured person to protect their interests.

As someone who has seen how these companies bully their way to success, Daniel decided that he didn’t want to continue to help insurance companies pad their pockets. Instead, he seeks to use his experience and skill to prevent these mega-firms from continuing to take from the little guy.
